Dakota Hotels in Scotland is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team and lead at least two sections during busy services. You will prepare and cook across all menus, including a la carte, room service, breakfast, bar food and events, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and teamwork with front‑of‑house staff.
