Dakota Hotel based in Eurocentral are seekinganoutgoing individual with waiting experience for the role of Part Time BarWaiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Workingpart-time, predominantly Friday and Saturday nights, this role is ideal forstudents and those with weekday commitments.

Dakota Hotel based in Eurocentral by Motherwell islocated just off the M8 motorway in Maxim Business Park at the EurocentralJunction, we are a 92-bedroom boutique hotel which boasts a destination Bar& Grill restaurant as well as a newly built wedding events space.

Our location is easily accessible by car and we offer complimentary parking forboth employees and guests. Additionally, there are frequent buses using theCityLink 900 route, only 20 minutes from Buchanan St Bus Station directly toour hotel.

CONTRACT AND PAYRATE

Earnings are up to £13.71 perhour, paid weekly.

The role carries a permanentcontract of a minimum of 24hours per week based on the needs of the applicant,working any 4days out of 7.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out the role of a waiter/waitress,providing table service, taking guest orders and running large trays ofdelicious food to guest tables.
• Provide the highest levels of guestservice, offering personalised dish and beverage recommendations, anddelivering a memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with the Bar and Kitchenteam to ensure the effective flow of communication.
• To have a comprehensive knowledge of foodand beverage menu options to enhance the guest experience.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant willhave/be:

• At least 1 year working experience,ideally in a hospitality environment.
• Having previous waiting or coffee shopexperience is strongly preferred.
• Be an outgoing personality with effectivecommunication skills.
• Ability to work at pace and be physicallyactive for the duration of your shift.
• Willing and able to pour, serve and sellalcohol.
• Be able to be physically active in yourrole, standing for much of your shift and working at pace.
• An enthusiastic individual who willpromote our culture of positivity.
• Be task oriented with a great pride forthe work they do and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns andavailable around the needs of our business.
