Bar & Restaurant Waiter / Waitress - Full Time & Part Time - Dakota Manchester Airport

We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with waiting experience for the role of Bar & Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests, with a planned start date 1st June 2026. Contract and Pay Rate Earnings are to £15.67 including average anticipated tronc. We are looking for both full time and part time positions.

Full Time Permanent contract with typical hours of 20‑30 hours per week. Usually shifts will be 13:00‑19:00 or 18:00‑23:30 working any 5 days out of 7.

Part Time Permanent contract with typical hours of 8‑12 hours per week. Usually shifts will be 18:00‑23:30, working any 2 days out of 7.

• Carry out the role of a waiter/waitress in our Bar and Grill, providing table service, taking guest orders and running large trays of delicious food to guest tables.
• Create memorable dining experiences through genuine conversation with personalised food and beverage recommendations.
• Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure the effective flow of communication.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage menu, including allergens, to guide guests choices.

• At least 1 year working experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.
• Have an outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
• Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
• An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
• Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
• Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.

Dakota Manchester Airport is at 7 Enterprise Way, Manchester, M90 4AD.

Train: About a 10 minute walk from Manchester Airport station, with frequent direct services from Manchester Piccadilly and across the North West.

Tram: Metrolink Blue Line runs from Victoria via Central Manchester to the airport main station (approximately 10 minute walk away).

Bus: Bee Network routes (43, 103, 130, 199, 248, 288, 313, 368) serve the airport; some stop a few minutes from the hotel, others at the main station (approximately 10 minutes walk away).

Car: No on-site team parking; public transport is recommended.
