DakaDaka is London's home for contemporary Georgian cuisine, one of the most exciting and underexplored food cultures in the world right now. We're looking for a Chef de Partie who wants to work at a high level, learn from an exceptional leadership team, and grow with us.
THE TEAM YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Our kitchen is led by people who have cooked and operated at the very top of the industry:
- Executive Chef: Previously Head of Operations at Bao and Group Head Chef at Gaucho. Most recently opened the acclaimed Poon's at Somerset House.
- Head Chef: Opened the acclaimed Canal in late 2025. Before that, he was at The Humo (Michelin one star). His career also spans Chiltern Firehouse, Smokestak, and formative time at The French Laundry.
- Sous Chef: Former Head of Bakery at Oma and Agora. This is a rare opportunity to work directly under and learn from chefs who have run kitchens at that level.
THE ROLE
You'll work across our kitchen sections, contributing to a menu that applies serious classical and contemporary technique to Georgian food. No prior knowledge of Georgian cuisine is required. Curiosity and discipline matter far more; we'll teach you everything else.
