What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running your own section with confidence and consistency
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, in-house ingredients

  • Learning and perfecting the art of khinkali (Georgian dumplings)
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
