Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and Georgian-inspired offerings
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised, and prepared for service
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards behind the bar at all times
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and bar preparation duties
