Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit highly skilled and experienced Bathroom Installer/Plumber (3+ years) to join our professional and dedicated Installation team.

The Role

You will be working in occupied domestic properties, delivering bathroom installations to an exceptional standard and carrying out occasional reactive maintenance work. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction from start to finish. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, “can‑do” attitude with excellent time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete 1st and 2nd fix works for full bathroom installations
  • Carry out general plumbing and minor heating works
  • Undertake reactive maintenance plumbing when required
  • Deliver consistently high workmanship and tidy finishes
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues

Skills & Experience

  • Full bathroom installation experience (1st & 2nd fix)
  • General plumbing and heating knowledge
  • Basic carpentry and electrics
  • Tiling and flooring systems experience

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools
  • Minimum 3 years’ domestic plumbing / installation experience
