Daiu Korean BBQ & Chinese Hot Pot in Croydon is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join full-time. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to run the front of house, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead a team across interactive dining concepts.
You will educate guests on our DIY BBQ and hot pot concepts, mentor staff, and ensure smooth operations with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and profitability. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.
