Daisy’s Nail Company & SPA is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our growing team and help us create a completely different kind of salon experience. We are building a modern nails club focused on artistry, healthy nail care, elevated client experience, and genuine community. Our concept is centred around Russian manicures, BIAB, gel services, and beautiful natural nail work in a warm, stylish, and welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician, ideally with Russian manicure and BIAB experience (certifications are essential).
- Strong passion for natural nail health and high-quality nail work.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, customer service and attention to detail.
- Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your work.
Duties:
- Perform high-quality Russian manicures, BIAB applications, gel polish services, infills, removals, and natural nail treatments.
- Deliver precise, clean, and long-lasting nail work with strong attention to detail.
- Create a welcoming and elevated experience for every client.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable nail colours, shapes, and treatments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and long‑term membership retention.
- Keep your workstation clean, organised, and presentation-ready.
- Stay updated with nail trends, techniques, and industry standards.
