Purpose of the Role
To support the day-to-day IT needs of Daisy Inclusive UK, helping staff, volunteers and beneficiaries access and use digital systems safely and effectively. This role will play a vital part in reducing digital exclusion and improving access to opportunities.
- Share posts about activities, events and community impact
- Support simple content creation (photos, short posts, Canva graphics if confident)
- Help keep pages active, positive and engaging
Basic IT Support (Light Touch)
- Help with simple tasks like setting up laptops, printers or WiFi
- Support staff with basic tech queries
- Work alongside external IT support (no technical expertise required)
