Salary: £23,809.50 per annum
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 9:00 - 18:00 (37.5 hours)
To assist with daily administration tasks to check, validate and process new applications accurately and timely within a set SLA. Working as part of the wider team and ensuring a smooth transition through to delivery; engaging internal colleagues and customers where appropriate.
- Monitoring team mailboxes for team activities
- Reviewing new applications
- Liaising with both customers and sales to resolve any issues or queries on new applications
- Identifying the need for approvals from senior management and/or compliance
- Submission of applications to the bank
- Ensuring customer records are updated accurately
- Ordering terminals
- Setting customers terminals via a walk-through transaction
- Dealing with customer and sales agent queries
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required
Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience
- Customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- Keen eye for detail and ability to check own and others work diligently
- Able to work under pressure and to set deadlines and SLAs
- Effective verbal communicator
- Proficient using MS Office applications
- Used to working with colleagues at all levels within an organisation
