What You'll Be Doing
- Generate high-quality opportunities through outbound calling to existing customers
- Identify and qualify prospects in line with campaign objectives and target profiles
- Book qualified appointments and pass sales‐ready leads to the sales team
- Build rapport with decision‐makers and confidently communicate value
- Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records to maximise conversion

- Experience in a target‐driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment
- Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow‐ups, callbacks and workload effectively
- Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications
