What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the smooth running of the office on a daily basis
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries
- Be first point of contact as people come into the office via the reception desk
- Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and workplace regulations
- Manage fire safety, first aid arrangements, and workplace training where required
- Support onboarding of new starters (access, equipment, workspace)
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative and operational support to teams
- Foster a positive, professional office environment
- Manage the office budget and monitor spending
- Process invoices and manage supplier contracts
- Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements
- Liaise with leadership, HR, IT, and external providers
- Support office moves, refurbishments, and internal events
- Line manage reception or administrative staff where applicable

- Proven experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
