Salary: £23,809.50 per annum

Location: London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 9:00 - 18:00 (37.5 hours)

To assist with daily administration tasks to check, validate and process new applications accurately and timely within a set SLA. Working as part of the wider team and ensuring a smooth transition through to delivery; engaging internal colleagues and customers where appropriate.

  • Monitoring team mailboxes for team activities
  • Reviewing new applications
  • Liaising with both customers and sales to resolve any issues or queries on new applications
  • Identifying the need for approvals from senior management and/or compliance
  • Submission of applications to the bank
  • Ensuring customer records are updated accurately
  • Ordering terminals
  • Setting customers terminals via a walk-through transaction
  • Dealing with customer and sales agent queries
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to check own and others work diligently
  • Able to work under pressure and to set deadlines and SLA’s
  • Effective verbal communicator
  • Proficient using MS Office applications
  • Used to working with colleagues at all levels within an organisation
