Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional visitor experience, including welcoming guests and ensuring proper introductions.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings for managers, presentations, and general site use.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing post, with accurate recording and distribution.
- Handle customer e-billing enquiries received via email and forward them to the relevant staff.
- Operate a busy switchboard, directing calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with preparation of ID card requests for Security processing.
- Place and manage stationery orders for the business.
- Report any site issues or defects to the Facilities Team.
- Support the local management of ISO 1401 & ISO 2701 standards and potential expansion to additional accreditations.
- Oversee car parking facilities on site.
- Manage office equipment to ensure it is maintained and operational.
- Provide support to the IT Team for on-site duties.
- Assist with local management of fire safety and evacuation procedures.
