We’re looking for a Management Accountant to deliver accurate financial reporting and provide valuable insight to support business performance and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑end month‑end close process, ensuring all reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • Maintain ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all balances are supported and reviewed regularly.
  • Act as a key finance contact for the business unit, providing insight and supporting operational teams.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics aligned to business objectives.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to group reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support audit requirements and ensure financial records remain accurate and compliant.
  • Identify risks and maintain compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • ACCA/CIMA qualified or part‑qualified accountant.
  • Strong experience in management accounts and month‑end processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience analysing financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
