Location: Nelson, Sheffield or Cheadle.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 17:30 (37.5 hours per week).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resources and delivery schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers as required.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing regular governance reporting and maintaining robust project documentation.
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and delivery challenges, working closely with change and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned, post-implementation reviews and enhancement of project delivery frameworks and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience of delivering operational, business or transformation projects.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Track record of managing stakeholder expectations and influencing outcomes with a proven ability to engage stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.
  • Demonstrable experience tracking and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or priorities.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, with practical application.
  • Demonstrable experience identifying delivery risks, issues, and root causes, with mitigation actions.
