We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations through effective process and administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support sales teams with deal progression, including pricing and approvals
- Manage and follow up on on-hold deals to resolve issues and retain business
- Ensure sales documentation and deal paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain compliance with sales processes and track team activity
- Assist with HR administration, including recording holidays, absences, and maintaining employee records.
