We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to open doors, spark conversations and create real sales opportunities.

Salary: £30,000 (OTE £40k - £45k)

Location: Bournemouth

Hours of work: Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs.)

In this role, you will drive high-quality opportunities through outbound telemarketing, engaging existing customers to upsell UC products. You will spark interest, qualify needs and convert conversations into sales-ready leads and appointments - playing a key role in boosting revenue and conversion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generate high-quality opportunities through outbound calling to existing customers
  • Identify and qualify prospects in line with campaign objectives and target profiles
  • Book qualified appointments and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and confidently communicate value
  • Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records to maximise conversion

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a target-driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups, callbacks and workload effectively.
  • Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications.
