What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the day‑to‑day maintenance and merchandising of the SoHo webstore, including products, pricing, promotions, bundles, content, and accessories.
- Lead the execution of major flagship device launches, ensuring embargo compliance, pre‑order readiness, trade‑ins, and marketing assets go live flawlessly.
- Design, implement, and optimise upsell and cross‑sell journeys using data insights, A/B testing, and behavioural analytics to maximise conversion and revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and E‑Commerce Project teams to ensure online content, deals, and UX requirements remain accurate and brand‑compliant.
- Conduct rigorous testing of site functionality, responsiveness, checkout flows, and payment journeys, resolving issues quickly to protect conversion.
- Monitor, report, and present site performance, conversion funnel data, and commercial/UX insights for internal reviews and board‑level reporting.
- Proactively identify emerging issues, customer pain points, and optimisation opportunities, driving improvements that boost efficiency, performance, and sales impact.
- Lead and coach the E‑Commerce support team, managing ongoing UX and trading enhancements through data‑led decision‑making and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands‑on experience in e‑commerce merchandising, trading, or UX optimisation, ideally within telecoms or consumer electronics.
- Proven success delivering high‑stakes device launches with precise timing and cross‑functional coordination.
- Strong CMS and merchandising expertise using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Analytical capability with experience in GA4, Hotjar, Contentsquare, Optimizely, or other behavioural and testing tools.
- Skilled at improving customer journeys, upsell/cross‑sell paths, and on‑site content to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience working across Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Vendor, and Development teams.
- Commercially minded with strong customer empathy, confident decision‑making under pressure, and exceptional attention to detail.
