There's a lot going on in a Daisy Green kitchen. Fresh plates, bold flavours, scratch cooking across 19 venues — and right now, we're looking for a senior support chef to join us for the summer. This is a roaming role. You'll move across our collection of cafés and restaurants in central London and Richmond, leading from the front and helping teams deliver the food we're proud of: simple, vibrant, carefully sourced. Every shift is a little different, and that suits us just fine.
What we're looking for:
- A can-do attitude and a true desire to succeed
- Strong senior kitchen experience — you know how to run a section and support a team
- Comfortable moving between sites and adapting quickly
- An eye for detail, even when it's hectic
- A flair for bold, beautiful food that speaks for itself
- Full food safety knowledge
