- Focused on delivering fantastic customer service, channelling the warm & friendly Australian spirit
- Experience working in a similar, fast paced restaurant environment preferred.
- A can-do attitude, natural team player who is eager to support their peers.
- Flexible, reliable & punctual
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Able to present our menus and our business philosophy with customers & colleagues.
- Passionate about working with quality food ingredients, array of spirit brands & artisan coffee.
- Stock ordering and control in line with site targets and storage space
- A strong eye for detail. Delivering dishes with speed and consistency
- Full of energy, desire to be the best and progress in our team
- Full knowledge of food safety
