We are on the hunt for an Experienced Head Barista to join Parliament Hill Cafe by Daisy Green

Up to £16 per hour

WHO WE ARE

The Daisy Green Collection brings relaxed and buzzing Australian food, wine and coffee culture to London.

Through individually designed cafes and restaurants, we create iconic spaces that become local destinations and meeting points for our surrounding residents, workers and visitors.

The business is made up of 19 venues all within central London and Richmond.

Daisy Green proudly work with The Roasting Partyto source their signature house blend and unique single origins.

The Roasting Party work closely with all senior baristas to support and develop the coffee quality within all Daisy Green locations.

Training is provided frequently at their roastery.

  • Focused on delivering fantastic customer service, channelling the warm & friendly Australian spirit
  • Sound knowledge of coffee extraction and dialling in, previous experience in speciality coffee preferred
  • Proficient and consistent latte art skills
  • Has previous experience working in a fast-paced coffee bar or restaurant environment
  • Willing to assist the GM with coffee related stock and ordering levels.
  • A can-do attitude, natural team player who is eager to support their peers
  • Flexible, reliable & punctual
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Able to present our menus and our business philosophy with customers & colleagues
  • Passionate about working with quality food ingredients, array of spirit brands & artisan coffee
  • A strong eye for detail. Delivering dishes with speed and consistency
