Your Role
- Lead and mentor your team to deliver outstanding early years education and care
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support school readiness
- Support children in becoming confident, independent learners
- Carry out accurate observations and assessments to support each child’s development
- Create an inclusive, stimulating environment indoors and outdoors
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and health & safety
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a positive, safe, and inspiring environment
What We’re Looking For
- QTS, EYTS, EYPS, Level 6 Early Years qualification or minimum Level 3 (with willingness to progress)
- Experience in an Early Years setting, including leading a team
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and school readiness
- Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and early years legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences
- Proactive leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
