Your Role
-
Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences
-
Plan and implement creative, stimulating activities tailored to toddlers’ development
-
Support children at a key stage of curiosity, independence, and exploration
-
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors
-
Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
-
Ensure high standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and health & safety
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and secure environment
What We’re Looking For

Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
-
Experience in an Early Years setting (Room Leader or experienced Level 3 practitioner preferred)
-
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application
-
Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and early years legislation
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to lead and motivate others
Important Information
All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
All employees must subscribe to the DBS Update Service once their DBS has been processed.
