Your Role

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences

• Plan and implement creative, stimulating activities tailored to toddlers’ development

• Support children at a key stage of curiosity, independence, and exploration

• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents, carers, and professionals

• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and health & safety

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and secure environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification

• Experience in an Early Years setting (Room Leader or experienced Level 3 practitioner preferred)

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application

• Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and early years legislation

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to lead and motivate others
