Your Role:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education
- Create engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
- Build strong relationships with families and act as a key point of contact within the room
- Support, coach and mentor practitioners to achieve their full potential
- Monitor children's progress and ensure high-quality learning opportunities are provided
- Champion safeguarding, child welfare and health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and wider team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or EYTS equivalent desirable)
- Previous experience within an Early Years setting, ideally in a senior practitioner or Room Leader role
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A supportive and nurturing leadership style
- Passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families
- Ability to motivate and inspire others within a close-knit team
