Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day care of children aged 0–5 years
- Support delivery of activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children’s development through play and structured activities
- Build professional relationships with parents and carers
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
- Complete apprenticeship coursework alongside practical learning
Requirements
- Interest in Early Years education and childcare
- Commitment to completing an apprenticeship programme
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) or willingness to obtain
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Compliance Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid (training provided where required).
