Your Role
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences
- Plan and implement creative, stimulating activities tailored to toddlers’ development
- Support children at a key stage of curiosity, independence, and exploration
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and health & safety
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and secure environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an Early Years setting (Room Leader or experiencedLevel 3 practitioner preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application
- Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and early years legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to lead and motivate others
- All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
- All employees must subscribe to the DBS Update Service once their DBS has been processed.
