Your Role: What will you be doing?
Role
As a minimum Early Years Practitioner Level 3, you’ll be generating experiences that support every child’s unique journey of growth and discovery. Your role will include:
- Planning, creating and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to the individual needs of your key children, ensuring their development is enriched and key milestones are celebrated.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them involved in their child’s progress and fostering open, trust-based communication.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, child welfare, protection and health and safety are met in every activity and interaction.
- Collaborating with your team to create a positive, happy and safe environment where children feel secure, valued, and inspired to learn.
- Bringing your creativity, energy and passion to every day, making learning a joyful adventure for the children.
Requirements: What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who’s ready to make a real difference in children’s lives. You’ll need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working with children, ideally as a nursery practitioner or recently qualified apprentice Level 3.
- A passion for creating fun, engaging, and appropriate learning experiences.
- Strong communication skills to build trust and meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, child protection and early years legislation and health and safety.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence in early years education.
Please note, due to our sector, all roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certification. All personnel will be required to subscribe to the DBS Update service once the DBS has been applied for.
