Job Description:

Salary: £25,000 plus £3,000 travel allowance, realistic commission of £1,000 per month (uncapped)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 (37.5 hours)

We are seeking motivated individuals with excellent people and communication skills to join us as Business Development Managers across the UK.

You will represent our brand by engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers in your region, selling telecom solutions that improve business efficiency. You will need to manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and maximize customer contact.

Prior experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales in B2C or B2B environments is preferable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

• Selling various telecom products (Broadband, VOIP, PDQ terminals, SIMs) to small, independent businesses at competitive rates.
• Conducting in-person cold calls to generate leads and acquire new business.
• Developing and delivering personalized sales pitches during client interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales is desirable but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a winning mindset.
• Self-motivated to surpass sales goals.
• Resilient in overcoming rejections.
• Quick learner with good product and process knowledge.
