We are seeking motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills to join us as Business Development Managers across the UK. As the face of our brand, you will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers in a defined region, selling telecom solutions that enhance business efficiency. You will need to manage your time effectively to hit sales targets and maximize customer contact.

  • Selling Telecom products (Broadband, VOIP, PDQ terminals, Sims) to small businesses.
  • Conducting cold calls to generate leads and acquire new business.
  • Developing and delivering personalized sales pitches.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales is desirable but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Resilience to overcome rejections.
  • Quick learner with product and process knowledge.
