Your role is to bring in new named business to Daisy Communications. You will handle inbound calls and leads, selling the full Daisy product portfolio to customers in the SME and Mid-Market sectors. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where exceeding ambitious sales and activity targets is expected. You will receive ongoing coaching and feedback to develop your sales skills, helping you maximise your potential. With uncapped commission, this role offers excellent earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating via phone to new customers, with some written correspondence.
- Aiming to build and write new business sales.
- Managing your own workload, creating sales opportunities, building a solid pipeline to ensure you can achieve set MRR targets, working to KPI targets.
- Proactively upskilling and self-learning.
- Scheduling and actioning all tasks to completion within specified timescales whilst ensuring all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
- Collecting Key Decision Maker contacts and contact details.
- Maintaining a professional appearance, telephone manner and attitude always.
