We’re growing our sales team and are looking for motivated, confident individuals to join us as Customer Development Managers — a key role in helping us connect with existing customers and book qualified appointments on tailored campaigns, you will literally be enabling our businesses to grow.
Earnings: £12.21p/h + commission (OTE of £40,000 pro rata)
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Hours: Flexible part-time (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm, Mon–Fri, term-time only)
Contract: Permanent, part-time
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with our existing customer base to generate interest in new products or services.
- Booking high-quality sales appointments for our field or account management teams.
- Working campaign-specific call lists – no cold calling, just smart targeting and relationship building.
- Using CRM tools to track progress, log outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team.
- Continuously learning and feeding back ideas and suggestions, all ideas are valued.
