About the Role
This is a hands-on HR generalist role where you’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to provide expert support, guidance, and coaching. You\’ll get stuck into everything from employee relations and TUPE to engagement initiatives and change projects—helping us create a positive, consistent, and high-performing workplace culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a trusted HR partner—supporting managers and colleagues across the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage ER casework, support investigations, and guide on disciplinaries, grievances, and TUPE transitions.
- Coach managers on HR policies and best practices, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement through recognition, feedback, and morale‑boosting initiatives.
- Use HR data to identify trends and recommend people‑focused improvements.
- Contribute to change programmes and support our continued growth through smart, people‑led solutions.
- Build strong relationships across teams to deliver great HR support where it matters most.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, with solid experience in a HR Business Partner or Manager role.
- Confident handling a busy, varied HR workload with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- A great communicator—approachable, supportive, and able to build trust at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Discreet, professional, and resilient when dealing with sensitive situations.
- Flexible and happy to travel across our sites as needed.
