We're looking for a UC Field Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of business customers by building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll help drive account growth by increasing product penetration across our O2 Business and Daisy solutions portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of business customers.
- Conduct regular face-to-face account reviews to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Increase product penetration by cross-selling O2 Business and Daisy Unified Communications products and solutions.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their dedicated account manager.
- Work closely with specialist teams to recommend tailored Unified Communications and technology solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customer quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records within the CRM system.
- Proactively manage customer service issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly and to a high standard.
- Identify customers at risk of leaving and work with internal teams to retain their business.
- Consistently achieve sales, growth and account development targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience selling or managing Unified Communications (UC) solutions within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Field Sales or B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of Unified Communications products and services, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- A proven track record of growing existing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer accounts and sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
- Full UK driving licence.
