The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Salary: Up to 31000 plus a company car / car allowance.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri - occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Location: Scotland central belt (Glasgow to Edinburgh) although North East England considered. Extensive travel and overnight stays may be required on occasion. Overtime policy covers exceptional extended hours.
To install and maintain telecommunication solutions including call management, call recording applications, automated attendants, routers, hosted systems, and network equipment that meets customer requirements correctly first time.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of hosted and/or on-premise telecommunication solutions.
- Maintenance of hosted and/or on-premise telecommunication solutions.
- Delivery of Moves, Additions, and Changes of hosted and/or on-premise telecommunication solutions.
- Installation and maintenance of edge network devices (Routers, Switches, etc.).
- Diagnostics and fault finding.
- Site surveys and audits remote or on-site including collation and recording of customer requirements.
- Ensure customer is kept up to date during any remote or on-site interactions.
- Delivering bespoke customer systems and/or solutions training.
- Accurate labelling of installed equipment.
- Work to company quality standards and best practice recommendations.
- Leaving customer equipment in a secure state.
- Provide customer with a security checklist where required.
- Record voice recordings for Auto Attendant if required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both internal and client-facing.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Team working.
- Problem solving.
- Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of legacy PBX systems advantageous (i.e. Panasonic, LG, Samsung, etc.).
- Knowledge of Gamma hosted solutions and applications preferred.
- Good understanding of edge networks.
- CAT5/6 cabling experience advantageous.
