Salary: Up to Β£30,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours)
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and lead the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to final selection. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies across various channels to attract top talent.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Manage screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding to support successful hires.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our presence in the talent market through events, networking, and collaboration with marketing. Create engaging recruitment materials and job postings that reflect our culture and values.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report progress to stakeholders. Review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
