Location: Prudhoe - Office Based
Salary: £23,809.50 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging network-related services
- Porting numbers
- Organising kit delivery
- Requesting engineering resources and customer sign-off
- Updating internal platforms, systems, and third-party portals; communicating with internal departments, suppliers, and customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable to change
- Experience dealing with customers, internal colleagues, and suppliers to progress and coordinate orders
- Previous telecoms and order management experience is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ownership of issues and resolution, liaising with internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory customer resolutions
- Excellent service skills with a focus on customer relationships
- Strong team player but capable of working independently
- Experience with in-house systems and working knowledge of Word & Excel
