Job Description
*This is a Maternity Leave post up to 12 months*
Salary: Up to £30,000 DoE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours)
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and lead the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to final selection. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies across various channels to attract top talent.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Manage screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding to support successful hires.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our presence in the talent market through events, networking, and collaboration with marketing. Create engaging recruitment materials and job postings that reflect our culture and values.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report progress to stakeholders. Review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
