We’re looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering operational, strategic and transformation projects. The role ensures projects are delivered successfully through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management.

Location: Nelson, Sheffield or Cheadle
Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Develop and manage project plans, resources and delivery schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers as required.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing regular governance reporting and maintaining robust project documentation.
- Manage project risks, scope changes and delivery challenges, working closely with change and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned, post-implementation reviews and enhancement of project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of delivering operational, business or transformation projects
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track record of managing stakeholder expectations and influencing outcomes with a proven ability to engage stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria
- Demonstrable experience tracking and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or priorities
- Demonstrable knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, with practical application
- Demonstrable experience identifying delivery risks, issues, and root causes, with mitigation actions
