We're looking for a Commercial Manager to develop and execute pricing strategies focused on retention, including managing reactive pricing toolkits for retention scenarios and designing proactive campaigns to improve base value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and manage retention pricing strategies, including reactive toolkits for customer retention.
- Design and implement proactive campaigns aimed at improving base value and driving customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with product teams and Commercial Transformation to align pricing strategies with sector objectives.
- Manage pricing for product end-of-life activities to ensure smooth transitions and maintain profitability.
- Work directly with sales teams to optimise discount portfolio and maximise returns.
- Conduct business cases and commercial assessments on pricing proposals to ensure strategic alignment and profitability.
