We are constantly growing our teams, product offerings and customer base by working closely with all of the major networks and suppliers as well as through acquisition.

Salary: Up to £30,000 plus £5,000 car allowance or company car

Location: Field Based

Working Hours: 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30

This role involves cross-selling and up-selling to businesses with a typical employee size between 10 and 30. The majority of your time will be spent visiting customers to hold face-to-face meetings with them, with a typical week being 1 day in the office/home and 4 days out on customer visits. As a Field Account Manager, your role will involve being a trusted advisor to your customer base, proactively offering consultative assistance for any projects pertaining to digital transformation. It is a busy, customer-facing role delivering exceptional levels of service consistently alongside meeting sales targets. You will take ownership for customer accounts and utilise the support departments where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, via effective questioning & rapport building, your customers’ current and future requirements to create a mutual account development plan and uncover imminent & future sales opportunities.
  • Present bespoke solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work alongside our desk-based account management team to offer the best complete and transparent service wrap for customers.
  • Carry out proactive outbound communication to our customers – including booking customer visits for yourself.
  • Create value and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proactively upskill and self-learn.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell all Daisy products and services to your existing customers.
  • Meet set revenue and product penetration targets on a monthly basis.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities to sell further products by way of visit or referral.
  • Responsible for keeping churn to a minimum.
  • Re-sign customers into new contract.
  • Work towards set targets, KPI’s, goals and objectives.
  • Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales whilst ensuring all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
  • Collect Key Decision Maker contacts and contact details.
  • Obtain additional information where possible to maximize customer contact details.
