We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and fast-paced Technical Support team at O2 Business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play an important role in providing first-line telephone support to our customers, helping to maintain their systems and resolving technical faults quickly and professionally. You’ll work closely with our technical teams where required, using your problem-solving skills and excellent customer service to ensure our customers receive the best possible support. Location: Bournemouth

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 – 17:00-17:30 (37.5 hours)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide first line telephone support to customers, resolving enquiries and faults wherever possible at first touch.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, keeping customers informed and providing clear guidance, training and support throughout their enquiry.
  • Use remote software and online portals to create user accounts and make changes to customers’ telephony configurations to meet their requirements.
  • Install, update and maintain relevant software and systems, while accurately recording customer interactions and keeping customer records up to date.
  • Work closely with the wider technical team, escalating urgent or complex issues when required, while keeping your knowledge of products, services and system updates current.
