We’re looking for a Change and Business Readiness Lead to combine change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities to ensure the organisation is prepared to transition effectively into new ways of working while delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Salary: Discussed upon application
Location: Nelson, Sheffield or Cheadle
Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver change management and business adoption plans that support operational, strategic and transformation initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of change.
- Assess and manage change impacts, risks and resistance, working closely with project teams and business leaders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate business readiness, implementation and go‑live activities, including training, transition planning, hyper‑care and post‑implementation support.
- Facilitate collaboration across project, operational and leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and project objectives.
- Monitor and report on change and readiness progress, maintain governance documentation, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice development.
