We're looking for a commercially driven Microsoft Sales Specialist to help grow our Microsoft business within our existing O2 Business customer base. You'll identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue across Microsoft CSP, Azure and related services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll lead value-based conversations and help customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Microsoft sales growth across an existing O2 Business customer base.
  • Identify and develop opportunities across Microsoft CSP, Azure and related services.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and position yourself as a Microsoft solutions advisor.
  • Partner with O2 Business Account Managers to generate and convert a strong sales pipeline.
  • Lead commercial conversations and demonstrate the value of Microsoft solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to close, delivering against revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in a solution sales or specialist sales role.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs, create value-led solutions, and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience selling Microsoft CSP, Azure, Microsoft 365, or related cloud solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to effectively manage and progress a sales pipeline.
