This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy.
You will be the driving force behind continuous test and learn, looking for & recommending new opportunities to refine the customer journeys through the sites and enhance trading performance. You will work closely with the Snr Digital and Campaign Marketing managers, Transformation team & the wider marketing teams to look for new opportunities within the website journeys and be responsible for new product launches and updates across all sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute key trading campaigns and product launches across site pages as well as any AEM updates
- The key link between marketing and the Transformation team for Digital UX ensuring you are across all upcoming launches, changes and testing plans.
- Brand guardian of sites including all assets and copy that appears throughout
- Develop and execute a test and learn roadmap to support trading performance
- Confident presenter both with internal and external audiences
- Experience of working in a fast paced, complex matrix organisation with a strong digital background

- Laser focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience in CRO
- Experience in CMS platforms, preferably Wordpress and AEM
