Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum + commission

Location: Birmingham

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Type: National Field Based role

Employment: Company car and fuel card, 2-week training period

We are part of a wider company – O2 Daisy; your employing entity is 4Com Ltd.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: Travelling to appointments and selling on the road.
  • Friday: Team meetings, coaching, and 1:1 sessions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Attend all scheduled customer appointments and conduct professional sales meetings to promote the Company’s HiHi phone system.
  • Prepare for appointments through effective company and customer research.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and secure sales during each meeting.
  • Achieve a minimum of ten installable sales per month.
  • Provide customers with accurate quotations during or immediately after appointments.
  • Proactively generate new business and follow up on leads during office days and between appointments.
  • Complete all sales administration accurately and submit required documentation within 48 hours.
  • Ensure full compliance with the installation process from point of sale.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Apply training and follow company procedures to deliver consistent and effective sales presentations.
