Responsibilities
- Ownership of Lead Generation data processes: Own all data assets, BI products and database processes which underpin the creation of leads and opportunities for Lead Generation teams within the 4Com brand in the O2 Business (with a focus on Base Sales, intra-group cross sales, and Acquisitions).
- Campaign & BI Enablement: Configure and optimise internal systems (LRS, TMS, Dynamics) to enable effective lead generation campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, robust BI reporting, and end-to-end process alignment.
- Collaborate with Lead Gen and Sales Leaders: Work closely with senior leadership within UC Solutions to drive commercial value using business intelligence (BI) within the 4Com brand. This includes analysing product profitability, customer profitability, and optimising data.
- Data Experimentation: Create and lead data experiments that empower the lead generation department to make informed decisions, ultimately improving overall business performance.
- Process Optimisation: Enhance existing process designs to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Strive to deliver a best‑in‑class operation by streamlining workflows and maximising output.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Engage with internal stakeholders and colleagues to understand business requirements, assess the value of proposed solutions, and develop process enhancements aligned with internal systems and toolsets.
- Commercial Insights: Leverage data science skills to extract valuable insights from datasets, identify trends, patterns, and build predictive models that drive business success.
