Responsibilities:
- Undertake front‑of‑house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience.
- Ensure the security of the building during quiet hours, conducting regular walk‑rounds and logging actions in a log.
- Deal with guest requests to assist in a comfortable stay.
- Keep track of hours worked in accordance with the 17‑week average rule.
- Be fully conversant with emergency procedures, including handling guests who become ill, fire safety, and procedures for working alone.
- Follow the company Health & Safety policy and help maintain a safe working environment, including the 'buddy' contact process.
- Assist guests with luggage if necessary.
