Responsibilities:
- Restock the Bar at the end of shift or as directed by the Bar Manager.
- Ensure all bar equipment and floors are left clean after your shift, following the Bar Cleaning Schedule or other directions.
- Maintain adequate drink inventory, ensuring drinks are never empty and guests are always prioritised.
- Promote and up sell products when appropriate.
